Description

  • Assist head of general department to handle daily HR operations activities such as recruitment, staffing, BOZP, personal archive, attendance administration, work visa, event management, etc;
  • Update HR and administrative policies and procedures, mark up to industry best practices and other regulations in consideration;
  • Help arrange for organizing event and activities, harmonize employer- employee relationship;
  • Assume regular procurement of office supply;
  • Translate czech-english in case of work requirement;
  • Other assignment appointed from Head of General Department

Responsibilities

  • Diploma in economic or business administration
  • 2 years HR related working experience;
  • Familiar with local labor law regulation and local practice,
  • Bilingual in Czech and English ( Mandarin is advantage )
  • Good communication skills with a calm, courteous and professional manner,initiative, loyalty, maturity, respect for confidentiality and discretion, a positive attitude and dependability;
  • Local driver license with practical experience is advantage
