Description

  1. Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  2. Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  3. Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  4. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  5. Maintain and update listings of available properties
  6. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  7. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Responsibilities

  1. Excellent multilingual speaking skills.
  2. Have a car and a valid driving license.
  3. Have previous real estate experience.
  4. Ability to negotiate and close deals.
