Inside Sales Specialist

Description

  • Own the beginning of the sales process from lead generation, input in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to accurate handover to the sales representative, and support to close the deal  
  • High outbound activity including cold calling, emailing, networking and lead cycle management  
  • Build, manage and report on a pipeline of potential customers for upcoming Crayon services and projects  
  • Manage contracts and agreements with new customers  
  • Act as a trusted advisor and work closely with customers and prospects to analyse, understand and deliver on their needs  
  • Drive new revenue and profit opportunities for our customers, leveraging Crayon’s expertise in the market  

Responsibilities

  • Strong background in software, technology would be ideal  
  • Flexible to work from home and in office (knowledgeable with teams/zoom) 
  • Proven track record of executing growth strategies and plans  
  • Experience from consultative selling and phone-based sales, ideally selling new and market-defining technology  
  • Public sector experience would be advantageous  
  • Experience in a customer facing role  
  • Languages required: Professional level English and Swedish, verbal & written. Multilingual skills are beneficial  
  • Visa requirements: Must have work visa/work permit
