Description

- Work above all strategically, form a powerful team and ensure the economic success of the company by constantly developing new learning content and program innovations, going into new markets and increasing impacts as well as profitabilities in a sustained manner
- Strategic planning and management; develop & continuously refine learning program & content as a business and as a product that bring more values for both our company and our target learners
- Spearhead the end-to-end development of a wide variety of content types (video, audio, infographics, article, assessments / quizzes, etc) that will serve individual professionals and corporate clients’ employees
- Work with external mentors and subject matter experts to produce compelling learning contents and programs that will benefit all learners
- Define top-notch learning content and program production standards (high production value, superior or differentiated styles) that will maximize the effectiveness and engagement level
- Updated with trends of professional learning, personal development, corporate training, learning & development, and education technology, both global and local, and combine with rich customer and market insights to prioritize learning contents and programs that will benefit people at scale
- Lead a team of content designers, learning content production, program designers, and program officers
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team - Digital Marketing, BD & Sales, Product & Tech team, etc

Responsibilities

- Min. 3 years of working experience in Program Management for Training, L&D, Educational Technology, and other categories in Educational Product & Services, including; online, offline, and blended learning
- Have an advanced degree in Education, Psychology, Business/Management, or Educational Technology related field
- A good leader with high level motivational skills and sound knowledge and understanding of business, education and technology
- Have advanced research skill; proficient with analytical, strategical, management, and coordinating skill
- Have a strong skill and experiences in business acumen
- Solid project and people management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
- A growth mindset and an openness to feedback as the means of achieving personal and professional growth
- A passion for educational technology and a respect for its place as one element among many in a strong, 21st-century educational program
