Finance Manager

Description

  • Be in charge of the budgets, forecasts, cashflow and planning of the division
  • Provide advice on strategy and give commercial insight to senior stakeholders
  • Supervise the payroll process and personnel administration tasks/costs
  • Oversee the financial planning, modelling and analysis
  • Take part in the training of current staff and new joiners
  • Prepare Monthly and Quarterly P&L and Balance Sheet

Responsibilities

  • You have a degree in accounting or equivalent
  • You have minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • You are fluent in English, French and Dutch
  • You have excellent analytical skills as well as leadership skills
  • You are able to implement top level financial policies and procedures
  • Through your previous experience you have built an excellent knowledge of Excel and you are also familiar with a payroll software
  • You are able to communicate clearly with stakeholders
