Description

  • Manage and build RECUR’s consumer facing front-end product initiatives including user stories, feature roadmap prioritization, and ongoing frontend optimization.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, and content teams to plan and develop product strategy and elegant, user-centric experiences in the burgeoning NFT space.
  • Utilize experiment-driven analysis and a growth mindset to build and maintain product features related to user onboarding, engagement, gamification, and NFT eCommerce. 
  • Develop frameworks and best practices around growth experiments for rapid product iteration across dozens of branded NFT marketplaces operated by RECUR. 
  • Collaborate through excellent verbal and written communication, product requirements, user stories, and documentation.
  • Prioritize and orchestrate projects through agile development.

Responsibilities

  • 4+ years’ experience as a product manager on a web app in the consumer product space.
  • Demonstrated experience building products from the ground up.
  • Strong design aesthetic and knowledge of user interface design practices, with understanding of what makes a strong user experience.
  • Proven experience driving projects cross-functionally through agile development and A/B testing best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfortable working with data and data tools (SQL is a plus).
  • Experience building global products that span different languages, cultures, and markets.
