Description

  • Taking overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfillment.
  • Working closely with strategy and account teams in preparing advertising strategies and milestones for the client.
  • Liaising with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates and schedules.
  • Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source external resources where necessary.
  • Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with Digital / TV / Print Producers to unify the skills needed to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Provide job reporting to the Design Lead (DL) on a regular basis to ensure projects are running correctly, to budget and schedule.
  • Ensures they understand how to report and manage operational income for their projects in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Escalates any queries concerning invoicing, or estimates provided by the studio on their projects to the DL and AM.

Responsibilities

  • Experience managing digital and integrated campaigns in a creative agency.
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Used to leveraging the experience of video and photography Producers as part of a holistic approach to campaign execution.
  • Previous experience of Project Budget Management and Scheduling
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
  • Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the financial implications of delays, additional amends, and re-briefs.
  • Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.
  • Act as the first line of contact and digital expert for the Client and Account Managers in the life cycle of a digital project.
  • Knowledge of creating content for CMSs and E-commerce would be a bonus.
