Description

  • Collect and analyze financial data from new acquired companies in order to create and complete the Working Capital calculation
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate the Purchase Price Accounting
  • Support the audit process
  • Ability to multitask and work on competing priorities
  • Support in other ad hoc projects as required

Responsibilities

  • CPA or CPA in progress an asset
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • General understanding of Purchase Price Accounting is an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Results oriented with a spirit of continuous improvement
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel's advanced functions
