HR Specialist/Generalist (Mandarin Chinese Bilingual)

Description

  • Record Keeping: Responsible for all the HR files both electronic and paper;
  • Payroll & HRIS: Assist in processing & approving timesheet; Maintain both Payroll and HRIS records to reflect the most recent updates; Responsible for all payroll & HR reports, Track LOA & WC;
  • Employee Relations: Manage company events, conferences and meetings, Assist with employee relations including counseling and exit interviews;
  • Recruiting: Assist HR Director in posting job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, tracking metrics, preparing offer letters; conduct new hire orientations and manage the onboarding process;
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree/certificate in Human Resources, Psychology or related field required;
  • 0-1 Year of HR specialist/generalist experience required;
  • Advanced MS Office suite skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint required;
  • Excellent organizational skills with documents (both digital and hard-copy) required;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both n both English and Chinese Mandarin languages required;
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines required;
  • Experience in recruiting practices, sources and interviewing techniques preferred;
  • Experience in working in a multi-national company, or a multi-entity company preferred;
  • Experience in legal compliance and accounting preferred.
