Description

  • Focuses on managing the Global Talent Operations Team to build effective and efficient programs, processes, and policies across the global talent lifecycle that attract and retain top talent and that aid us in achieving scale
  • Leads, grows, and develops the Talent Operations team, building the function to support HRIS, Processes, Policy and Compliance
  • Analyzes Talent processes with an eye on efficiency, quality, and data-driven decision making.
  • Works with Talent Business Partners and company leaders to continuously improve Talent processes, efficiency, and automation in order to effectively support the business and our team members
  • Owns and leads, at global level, the successful execution and iteration of our global talent programs
  • Develops the Talent Shared Services model to centralize Talent Operations functions and provide efficient, friendly support to our growing team
  • Develops and Maintain 3Pillar Team Member Handbook, Talent policies, and processes to ensure compliance with 3Pillar controls and other international regulations
  • Operates as curator and business owner for our HR System (Workday)
  • Maintains data integrity and documentation in HR systems through regular audits and testing
  • Focuses on providing the organization with accurate, informative and relevant data to impact decision making
  • Drives global initiatives to document our global processes, programs and policies to aid in our organization achieving scale and aiding in our ability to make our Talent Operations repeatable, predictable and 100% legal compliant
  • Responsible for driving accurate and efficient operations within Talent Management Tools (e.g. Workday)
  • Consistently assesses the local market, specifically at local level (the Delivery Centers in which the role is located) to ensure we are implementing cutting edge talent practices

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Talent (HR) or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 7+ years of Talent (HR) experience in a Talent (HR) Operations role; at least 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience developing, standing up and supporting a Talent (HR) Shared Services function in a high-growth organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience partnering across all levels of the organization
  • A demonstrated ability to build policies, programs and procedures in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Hands-on experience with any large HCM system and experience using reporting tools; Workday preferred
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Possess a strong understanding of performance management, change management, organizational development, benefits, compliance, immigration, and compensation planning
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle ambiguity, multiple competing priorities, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced work environment
  • Passionate about accuracy, consistent processes, efficiency, and effective maintenance of people's data
  • Ability to motivate the team and provide specific guidance on a day to day basis
  • Advanced English skills
  • Proficiency in mastering Google Sheets, Slides, and other digital tools
