Description

  • Create the content of the commercial offer for group visits with the Marketing and Communication Department, set the prices, and develop the sales argument;
  • Market the venue to companies and visitor groups;
  • Deal with group reservations;
  • Ensure the smooth running of customer services;
  • Monitor customer care;
  • Ensure administrative follow-up.
  • Launch sales initiatives;
  • Find and attract new commercial partners for the venue;
  • Promote the venue amongst various types of audience;
  • Develop partnerships with tourism professionals;
  • Participate in trade shows and represent the company at professional events.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch (must), English (must) and French (preferred) and holds (the equivalent of) a Masters degree in the commercial sector, events management, communication, and will have at least five years’ experience with similar responsibilities.

Good people and editorial skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Eudonet software are indispensable assets for the successful completion of your tasks in this post.
