Description

  • Daily management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banks
  • Data Entry – purchase invoices, receipts, payments
  • Performing bank, debtors, and creditors reconciliations
  • Management of receipts/payments including monthly supplier payment runs
  • Reporting - month end, year end and event reporting
  • Liaison with suppliers, clients, bank
  • Support for statutory reporting

Responsibilities

  • Excellent reconciliation skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Integrity in all aspects of your role
  • Ability to work to deadlines with accuracy, confidence, and a problem-solving approach.
  • Advanced IT skills on MS Office, specifically Excel, accounting software and databases
  • Qualification in accounting, finance, or related discipline
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in AP or a similar role
  • Event industry experience preferable but not necessary
