Assistant Manager, Grants Administration

Description

  • Prepare proposals and budgets in vendor web portals for grant submissions
  • Prepare reconciliations/outcome reports
  • Continuously update industry research reports, circulated on a monthly basis
  • Maintain and circulate a comprehensive, updated log of vendor portal usernames/passwords
  • Continuously monitor vendor sites for required reporting dates
  • Work in conjunction with accounting department to ensure all budget requirements are met and reconciliations are submitted
  • Maintain and circulate a comprehensive budget calendar
  • Complete vendor required participation reports utilizing proprietary back-office software, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Monitor industry sites for Requests for Proposals (RFP), send weekly communication to all staff with RFP links
  • Assist/undertake the preparation of program performance presentations
  • Maintain and circulate several documents that encompass grantor-specific details
  • Undertake industry and tactic-specific research, as needed
  • Assist with other department tasks as assigned by management

Responsibilities

  • Four-year college degree
  • Demonstrated ability to write and communicate in a professional manner, both internally and externally
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focused attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to hit deadlines
  • High Level of experience with and demonstrated aptitude in utilizing Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google Analytics (preferred)
  • Ability to navigate and maneuver through various portals
  • Prior experience working in an office environment (preferred)
  • Web-savvy; high level of comfort working in multiple internet-based portals
  • Valid driver’s license
