Senior Organizational Development Partner

Description

  • Collaborate with the Director of Organizational Development & Programs to help identify organizational effectiveness opportunities across the company and contribute to the design of unique strategies and solutions to address needs
  • Build plans with clear objectives, milestones, stakeholders, and metrics while prioritizing the constant flow of work for both tactical and strategic projects, determining what gets done first and why, while managing a plan for what to do with everything else
  • Create and manage projects plans for key programs and change management initiatives such as EVP, Leadership Competencies, Job Architecture, Integrations, Diversity & Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility, etc. to deliver best in class results and engage and develop talent at all levels and roles
  • Supports and occasionally independently leads Talent Integration work streams with new integrated teams ensuring accuracy, alignment, and awareness for the entire Talent lifecycle from onboarding to business as usual
  • Partner with the Director of Organizational Development & Programs, Talent Branding, Corporate Communications, and other key leaders to support creating and reviewing internal communications rhythm and content
  • Collaborate with Talent Business Partners and senior leaders to share best practices, partnering on solutions, and moving the organizations forward together while being open to different perspectives and alignment with business needs
  • Navigate and lead through ambiguous situations, providing pragmatic solutions that enable quick wins while planning for the future
  • Focus on ensuring that overall Talent strategies are aligned with overall corporate strategic objectives and that they prepare the organization for continuous growth and scalability

Responsibilities

  • 5 years experience in areas of Human Resources and/or Organizational Development/Effectiveness
  • Proven ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization, including leadership
  • Level of business acumen that enables them to develop solutions that consider the whole of the business
  • Strong writing and verbal skills in English, ability to break down complex issues into easy-to-understand messaging. Experience building instructional design resources
  • Self-starter with a focus on delivering extraordinary results, demonstrated by willingness to assume additional duties other than assigned
  • Ability to operate autonomously and knows when to ask questions or seek further guidance
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment is a plus
  • Uncanny ability to maintain confidential information with discretion and tact
  • Excellent organization skills- can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
