Description

  • Process incoming phone calls and emails and convert them to sales order in the system
  • Over the counter order entry and sales
  • Prepare quotes and orders for customers in an efficient and timely manner
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits
  • Quote prices, availability, and or lead time
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Coordinate between field sales rep, office process, and warehouse, ensuring proper execution of customer orders
  • Maintain a high level of Customer Service

Responsibilities

  • All candidates need to be fluent in French and English (both written and verbal)
  • We are looking for someone who is positive, organized, and proactive
  • Have strong customer service skills, and can work within a team environment
  • The ability to troubleshoot technical issues and think outside the box

  • Salary: $45,000 - $48,000 per year
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, must be able to work anytime between 7:00am and 5:00pm business hours (usually 8 hour shifts, overtime not required)
