Description

  • Responding to telephone inquiries from clients
  • Researching current and historical data regarding the dividend payments
  • Routing payments to security clients and updating the status of each inquiry in the tracking system

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service on the telephone
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent knowledge of telephone courtesy rules and customer interaction techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet short and long term deadlines
  • Be able to use your own PC or laptop (Windows) ; (IPADs, IMACs or CHROMEBOOKs are not compatible)

We offer

Salary: $18- $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am to 6h30pm

Full time / 37.5 hours per week - possibility to do OT

8-month contract - possibility of extension or permanency
