Description
-
Oversee daily activities of delivery (SCRUM) teams and provide direction and guidance as needed.

Support the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of delivery activities across the portfolio
-
Creation and management of delivery reports on Sprint progress, adherence to plans and other key metrics
-
Inputs into prioritisation, and as necessary recommends mitigation approaches / actions wherever gaps in the project are identified
-
Ensure clear and consistent communication and understanding through translation of technical terminology into ‘business language’
-
Build and nurture relationships with Business Owners, SME's, IT Teams, and other key stakeholders
-
Early escalation of risks and issues relating to the Technical Workstreams and deliverables to the Delivery Lead / Project Manager / Leadership team

Support the review of, and input into, project delivery approaches
-
Demonstrate continuous process improvement and participate in a lessons learnt activity once the project is closed
-
Adhere to the FCA conduct rules
