Description

Coordination with the freelance translation team – Delegating tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate teams.

Effective communication of the project scope and expectations to team members and vendors in a timely, clear, and respectful fashion throughout the entire project cycle.

Managing, executing and finalizing translation projects according to deadlines and budget requirements. (Planning, management of execution and control).

Keep in touch with external and internal stakeholders - providing client support throughout the duration of the project.

Performing linguistic quality assurance tasks

Being able to work autonomously and as part of an internaltional team in several timezones.

Terminology Management/Glossary management

Administration support to team members
Responsibilities
-
Third level education in Project Management or Translation studies or equivalent experience in the localisation industry
-
Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail is a must
-
Ability to work under pressure
-
Eligibility to work in Cork, Ireland or Barcelona.

Availability to join our team immediately

Degree in Translations Studies.

Translation/proofreading experience

Fluency in other languages

Familiarity with translation tools
