Description

- Building effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders to define & lead initiatives to support the achievement of business goals.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Leading talent management and performance reviews.
- Managing the Learning and Development process.

Responsibilities

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
- At least three years of human resource management experience required.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in Romanian and English;
- Excellent organizational skills, perseverance and persuasion;
- Excellent ability to adapt and implement change;
- Trainer skills (is an advantage);
- Confident PC user - MS Office; and ERPs;
- Permit and driving experience, category B (is an advantage).
