Description

  • As part of the Product trio, you will help formulate product strategy, evangelize our ‘growth experiments’ mindset and reinforce our culture and values.
  • Lead the Product function, supporting engineering and design to ensure a good cadence of delivery, and work closely with exemplar customers and key business partners to understand how to evolve the product.
  • Be responsible for the quality of the roadmap and user stories to bring the product vision to life and provide clear inputs into sprint planning and supporting the VP of Technology to define OKR’s for the Engineering teams.
  • Get stuck into collaborative customer meetings and research including executing lean experiments and participating in collaborative design-sprints.
  • Report your analysis and recommendations to the Product trio for debate and discussion and offering support within the team to deliver against the overall product and engineering goals.
  • Be an outwardly facing product expert, offering to speak with key clients to demo the product and to support the Client Success team to handle day to day customer interactions themselves.
  • Be the authority of the expected and desired product functionality.

Responsibilities

  • You have proven experience in product management at an early-stage SaaS startup and can demonstrate knowledge of every aspect of the product development life cycle.
  • Ability to analyse complex data to identify market trends and customers’ behaviour.
  • Have worked in a cross-functional product team.
  • Ability to create product development and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in writing comprehensive user stories that can be use by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding project owner capabilities with proven expertise.
  • Ideally have in-depth knowledge about the martech industry and users.
  • Experience in working on data-driven products would be an advantage.
  • Able to deal with diverse talents that are in different countries and time-zones (speaking Italian would be an advantage).

We offer

This role will be a hybrid of home working and working in shared office space in Cambridge, UK with travel expected to the Milan office in Italy where most of our technical team are based. The days to work in the office are flexible.
