Description
- Owning the BU products, existing or new, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance.
- Understanding markets, competition, and user requirements in depth to manage the product portfolio and drive products strategy.
- Aligning cross-functional partners and teams: engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, business partners, and operations to drive a shared vision.
- Launching new products and features, developing innovative improvements and solutions.
- Preparing, distributing and maintaining weekly & monthly reports/OKRs summarizing information regarding all the above.
Responsibilities
- Concluded bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in product management, product design, preferably in IT hardware segment.
- Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem.
- Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level - within teams, within the company, to users, and other audiences.
- Experience in leading post-launch optimizations.
- Detail orientation with great organizational skills, ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects, being able to define and analyze metrics to inform the success of products.
- Advanced English knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident and decisive nature.
- Collaborative team player with great interpersonal and negotiation skills.
