  • You work on customers’ requests concerning their kitchen equipment.
  • You help to clarify individual concerns by telephone.
  • You advise on various general or technical issues and maintain the database.
  • You improve the use of the kitchen equipment and will soon become a “Food Thinker”.

Responsibilities

  • You are very confident in written and spoken English and have a perfect command of another language (German)?
  • Experiences in customer support or service can bring you advantages.
  • Strong written and communication skills are your keycompetence.
  • You like to work with costumers and to document your work on computers.
