Description

As a support manager, you will be responsible for our customer support team, helping our partners and viewers out. The support manager will take the lead of the team and educate new hourly support-workers as well as acting as second line support.
Solidsport support is most active when sports are conducted, this means, evenings and weekends. You will therefore mix regular working hours with weekends and evenings. You can choose to come work from our office centrally located in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm or remotely most of the time if this is preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone ambitious that wants to take part in our journey. Experience of customer support is a plus, but not a requirement. We are looking for the right person, not the right background. We believe that you have great communication skills, both in Swedish and English (any other language is a plus), you are a leader and ready to kick start your career.

As a person, you are responsible, a team player and you have the ability to work independently. We need someone who is driven and solution-oriented.
