Description
- 
Maintain a high-quality standard for the Ad Operations department to ensure 100% accuracy and to exceed client expectations.
- 
Manage the setup campaigns, placements, and creative assets through 3rd party ad serving platforms and vendor interfaces.
- 
Support client site tag management; both implementation and consultation.
- 
Monitor reporting on a daily basis to ensure campaigns are running as expected, providing optimization recommendations and escalating to third parties when appropriate.
- 
Troubleshoot discrepancies, technical issues, and participate in a variety of testing to find solutions
- 
Play a supportive role in providing training and motivating junior team members to strive for excellence.
Responsibilities
- 
Core understanding of digital advertising and associated technological principles – e.g. ad serving, tagging, web analytics (GA), attribution, etc.
- 
Strong knowledge of ad tech on the sell-side or buy-side of the industry including ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, CRMs, fraud and brand safety tools, tag management, brand studies, etc.
- 
Competent user of ad technologies such as DV360, Sizmek, Xandr, Adform, etc.
- 
Experience in supporting and maintaining complex AdOps / SSP / DSP integrations.
- 
A good grounding in programmatic operations either from an agency or in-house environment
- 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 
Ability to effectively coach and develop junior colleagues.
- 
Well versed in campaign setup, optimisation techniques and reporting on programmatic campaigns (scheduling, QA, delivery, fill, revenue reporting and analysis).
- 
Attention to detail is critical.
