Description
- 
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies using multiple techniques that meet business needs and help create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- 
Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
- 
Screen resumes and interview candidates in person or online to determine fit.
- 
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
- 
Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas.
- 
Promote company brand by Social networks, on different IT events.
- 
Provide coaching to hiring managers on the interview and hiring processes.
- 
Manage the onboarding process for newcomers.
Responsibilities
- 
Extensive technical sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team – minimum 1 year.
- 
Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions.
- 
Studies in HR, IT, sociology, or psychology.
- 
Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities.
- 
Excellent communicational skills.
- 
Fluent English – spoken and written is a must
