Product Manager - Public & Secure Website

Description

  • Lead the Public website & Customer Account portal vision, proposition, and roadmap.
  • Conduct ongoing market and customer research to ensure customer journeys are underpinned by high quality data and insights.
  • Clearly define user stories for the development team.
  • Be part of the public website & customer account portal agile team attending agile ceremonies, stand-ups, planning and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with Growth, Design and Pricing colleagues, as part of a cross-functional team, to deliver trading plans and commercial targets.
  • Collect, monitor, and act upon customer feedback to continuously improve the experience, in line with evolving consumer expectations and commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with Risk and Compliance colleagues to ensure that product and customer journey is designed, distributed, and operated in line with relevant regulatory guidelines and frameworks.
  • Ensure communications, experiences and documents are developed with customer-centricity at their heart, striving for clarity and simplicity across all channels and consumer interactions.
  • Lead the customer communication and go live approach for new feature releases and as well collating customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Proven track record in delivering commercial targets and trading plans.
  • Experience in commissioning and acting upon market and customer research that supports the ongoing development the product and customer experience.
  • Ability to write user stories to reflect requirements with adequate acceptance criteria and supporting designs sourced from the UX team.
  • Experience of using analytic and creative skills to challenge the way we do things and find better solutions.
  • Experience in commissioning and acting upon market and customer research that supports the ongoing development of customer facing products.
  • Experience working within financial services.
  • Previous experience building out online account portals for customers.
  • Experience in and working understanding of insurance technologies.
  • Experience with using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or analytics platforms.
