Associate Product Manager

Description

  • Participate in direct interfaces with customers, prospects, and partners to help determine and translate their problems and needs into definitive product requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional team sessions to facilitate definition of product requirements using appropriate formats and methods (i.e. Use Case, Storyboarding, etc.)
  • Attend product and component design sessions to ensure agreed upon requirements are being considered to support the overall product vision.
  • Assist with writing product requirements.
  • Assist with determining necessary features, design functionality and UI to meet the use case requirements.
  • Work with QA and Documentation to help ensure each product and version has been fully tested and documented for customers and support.
  • Work with a cross functional team including Product Management, Product development, Professional Services, and Quality Assurance teams to define and deliver products.
  • Assist with creating product marketing content and other tools to enable sales and marketing activities.
  • Participate in product demonstrations to clients/prospects.
  • Participate in meetings with Sales and Marketing to present product updates.
  • Travel a few times a year may be required.
