Description
- 
New Site Enquires / agreement preparation / set up / Post live checks.
- 
Liaising with sites to answer application queries and chase up missing information.
- 
Applying for Merchant IDs (MID) setups for new sites.
- 
Live site scheme changes/adding new card types.
- 
Live site bank details changes and change of owners.
- 
Site closing processing.
- 
Site request for information on new products or services.
- 
Receipt of request and placing an order.
- 
Working with internal project installations team.
- 
Dealing with incoming voicemails / emails.
- 
Maintaining the client database (HubSpot).
- 
Using HubSpot to manage merchant services campaigns.
- 
Pre-invoicing checks.
- 
Acquirer and supply Invoice & Data checks.
- 
Invoicing production post invoice checks.
- 
Responding to customer billing queries and escalate internally.
- 
Raising quotes and invoices for equipment and services on E10 Accounts system.
- 
Raising additional charges when necessary.
- 
Administration and filing.
- 
Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace with full awareness of GDPR.
- 
Delivering a high level of service to all HTEC customers.
- 
Assisting Sales Support when required.
- 
Liaising and providing guidance to any additional administrative resources allocated to support the Merchant Services team.
