Description

  • Supporting the internal product delivery process and participating in all relevant Agile ceremonies so that high quality products are released on time. These activities include:
  • User Story Writing and Acceptance Criteria Writing.
  • Participating in product release planning, iteration planning and retrospective meetings.
  • Sizing and refinement meetings.
  • Signing up for normal tasks as part of the delivery team.
  • Backlog Prioritization (shared with Product Analyst).
  • Working closely with documentation team to create all release notes and user guide(s).
  • Developing, maintaining, and communicating solution roadmaps for internal and external audiences so that updates can be communicated in a transparent manner to key stakeholders.
  • Working with other Product Managers and Director(s) Product Management to create an overall Craneware integrated platform data strategy so that synergies are identified while at the same time not devaluing individual point solutions.
  • Driving operational readiness for all product launches by product to market process so that all key stakeholders can support new/updated releases.
  • Working closely with product marketing on webinars and the creation or identification of content to be used for campaigns to support the drive for lead generation.
  • Working closely with and directing the Product Analyst on product delivery activities such as, product/solution prioritization, release planning activities and Agile retrospectives so that product releases are delivered on schedule.
  • Developing, in collaboration with senior members of the team, an annual solution operating plan that outlines key initiatives for the year so that Craneware can grow top line revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Serving as a product evangelist to help drive sales by participating in sales training for new product releases, sales support for sales opportunities and external presentations at key internal and external meetings to drive product awareness.

Responsibilities

  • A track record in software product management (ideally SaaS).
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue for multiple software solutions within a product line.
  • Solid experience working with technology teams to bring software solutions to market.
  • Previous knowledge within the healthcare sector, would be ideal, but not essential - this is a pharmacy product line and change healthcare experience to pharmacy industry experience would be desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, aptitude for metrics and the ability to carry out detailed cost benefit analysis.
  • Commercial aptitude.
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication.
  • Good project management skills, in particular good stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of agile processes and methodologies.
  • Expert in presentation and training skills.
