Description

  • Exposure to and supporting on elements of the creative production processes for our artist collaborations and editions projects, with an opportunity to get more involved in these areas as the role progresses.
  • Leading on administrative tasks for the team, including efficient archiving of key documents, folder management and oversight of all key images and other assets.
  • Oversight and management of our production and project timelines, and keeping this information up to date in our cross-functional project management system.
  • Working closely with the warehouse team to coordinate all project ancillaries for launch preparedness.
  • Research into our artists, their markets and upcoming shows to support the creative production team and pricing reviews.
  • Assisting in the delivery of 5* service levels for our artist roster by providing support on longer term project planning.
  • Coordinating our artist edition shipments and working closely with our warehouse team.

  • Relationship building and the ability to develop strong working relationships within the company and with external parties.
  • Comfortable and confident working with data.
  • Attention to detail, while also having a creative eye.
  • An interest in creative production processes and good general knowledge of the differing sides to the art world.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
