Description

  • Understand and advocate customers' and end-users needs.
  • Maintain and present a good overview of SupWiz products and product roadmap
  • Gather and prioritize suggestions to the roadmap
  • Ensuring the company has cross-product alignment
  • Liaise with management and other stakeholders
  • Overall responsibility for product catalog, specifications, etc. used for the sales team
  • Participating in customers meeting to help map customers need and products
  • Increase the quality of communication between tech, sales, customers, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with SaaS solutions and ITSM, customer support, and service.
  • Experience from the IT industry is preferable, including customer service and support.
  • International experience.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in e.g., communication and IT.
