Facebook Ads Manager

Description

● Take part in managing over 100 clients with the goal of maintaining an average nationwide CPL of $15.
● Make changes/optimizations to ads that produce successful results at least 70% of the time.
● Contribute to testing/innovations that further improve the service.
● Ability to build and launch 3-5 clients per week (temporary) while also making 25+ ad changes/optimizations weekly.
● Help achieve the company wide goal of maintaining less than 5% churn each month.

Responsibilities

● Deep understanding of Facebook ads (healthcare ad experience preferred).
● Experience working in ClickFunnels, Knowledge of HighLevel.
● Ability to create basic level ad creatives.
● Experience writing copy within the advertising restrictions of Facebook.
● Experience working with Google sheets.
● Team player -- Be able to work in a cohesive team environment, virtually. With a current team of two people, you will be the 3rd member of their team. You will be expected to contribute value in daily and weekly meetings that will contribute to an ever improving service for their clients.
● Proactive -- Will you go above and beyond even when you aren't asked? Do you take action when action is needed? No startup needs someone who does the bare minimum. They need someone who always takes an extra step to ensure their clients are succeeding.
● Coachable -- No matter how much advertising experience you have, this will be something new to you. Some of your advertising beliefs will likely be broken. You will need to be able to mold your skills and be able to apply them to something you've never advertised before. Egos will be left at the front door. No matter how much you already know, there is always more to learn. 
● Hunger & Motivation -- They are growing rapidly and they want you to grow with them. Their team is collectively on a mission of success from top to bottom. The motivation of each team member has played a part in more than 300% growth over the past year.
● Dependable –- If there is a major task you need to have done, will it be done in time? If clients are struggling prior to the weekend will you go the extra mile to ensure they improve when the weekend comes? Can our client rely on you to effectively manage over a million dollars in billable client revenue? 
● High Standard of Success -- When they have benchmarks, they are expected to meet them. Unlike most agencies, losing a client or two does not sit lightly. Why? Because their standard of excellence has allowed them to produce results that retain business long term.
● Problem Solver -- When they have tried everything they can for a client but nothing is working, what will you do? Our client needs someone who is an outside the box problem solver that can use their applied skills to overcome roadblocks with the results of clients.
