Business Project Manager

Description

  • Evaluate existing business processes, uncover areas for process improvement & drive process improvement initiatives;
  • Develop and implement business solutions in the areas of settlements with customers as well as other business support processes (e.g. user rights management);
  • Manage projects from planning phase till execution;
  • Collaborate closely with IT analysts and development teams;
  • Document and effectively communicate insights, plans & progress to stakeholders;
  • Update, implement, and maintain process descriptions & drawings.

Responsibilities

  • At least 3 years’ experience in business process analysis and leading business projects in the international company;
  • Good knowledge of project management theory, having Project Management certificate is seen as a plus;
  • Excellent ability to work with project management tools (Vision, SharePoint, MS Teams);
  • Experience in cooperating with IT when executing business projects;
  • Good communication & negotiation skills; willingness and ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions;
  • Outstanding process & project documentation & presentation skills;
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills; ability to plan and deliver independently within agreed scope;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Lithuanian language;
  • Higher education in business or related field.
