Description

  • As a sales assistant manager, you will actively combine technical knowledge with sales skills to promote business for the company’s products in Vietnam. Your customers should be all Taiwanese and Chinese electronics manufacturers in the North of Vietnam; your core products are equipment, services and software for PCB assembly systems and smart factory solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies, action plans that will generate sales to achieve targets.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Identify opportunities, give technical consultation, prepare proposal and deal with customers to close sales.
  • Coordinate with oversea counterpart, HQ and technical team in Vietnam for transfer project.
  • Support/Conduct regular marketing activities such as market visualization, seminars, public shows, etc.
  • Complete weekly/monthly sales report upon Manager’s request.

Responsibilities

  • Nationality: Chinese or Taiwanese
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in related job.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and organizational skills.
  • Good English communication is a plus.
  • Have experience about SMT/AI or electronics manufacturing process is a plus.
  • Be able to travel frequently (domestic).
