Description

• Manage research mediums such as our Internal Consumer Community Panel and Survey Tool.
• Design and execute end-to-end research projects within the Internal Consumer Community Panel, such as quick polls, AB testing, focus group discussions, long-form surveys, etc.
• Develop and coordinate the recruitment and ongoing engagement of panelists, engaging with stakeholders to scope organizational insights needs and ensure it aligns with business objectives.
• Analyze data collected from community panel and survey research and develop monthly reporting to be shared with senior leadership using tools such as PowerBI.
• Develop actionable insights and business recommendations to share with internal stakeholders.
• Work cross functionally to design and program our annual Net Promoter Score Survey to be distributed to the vendor community and analyze and report upon our findings, sharing actionable insights with appropriate teams.
• Manage end to end research needs for any additional projects identified by the team that can be internally conducted.

Responsibilities

• Completed Post-Secondary education in Business, Commerce or related areas, OR equivalent combination of experience and post secondary education.
• Completion of Market Research post-graduate certificate or Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) designation would be seen as an asset.
• 3-5 years of professional experience designing and conducting quantitative (surveys) and qualitative (discussion boards, focus groups) research and developing insights to inform business decisions.
• Experience managing a consumer insights community panel.
• Experience in survey programming, data analysis and building both reports and presentations based off findings.
• Experience with insight tools such as Microsoft 365 Voice of the Customer and reporting tools such as PowerBI would be seen as an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

We offer

• This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. Effective February 2022, you will be required to be in the office 1-2 days each week, with the ability to work from home for the remaining workdays (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance).
• Currently, our office is open and available to use but it is not mandatory to be in office until February 2022.
• When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools (i.e., MS Teams).
