Marketing Project Manager

Description

  • Project manage multi-channel marketing initiatives and requests from beginning to end; ensure accurate prioritization, communication with stakeholders, and deadlines are being met.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to manage project life cycles, determining road maps, strategic prioritization, realistic deadline setting, resource allocation requirements, task assignments, implementation requirements (internal and external), post-completion tracking and analysis, etc.
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing to create and execute a strategic marketing strategy, mapping out tasks as needed to plan, manage, implement, and assist in executing strategies and campaigns.
  • Cross-collaborate to drive the execution of CAIS product line-specific projects and workflow processes to ensure successful on-time completion (this includes Sales, Research, Operations, Technology, Legal, etc.)
  • Liaise with internal creative and communication resources and external vendors and freelancers, stewarding timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery and prioritization.
  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency with timely communication and reminders.
  • Assist in managing marketing calendars (social media, content, campaigns, events, etc.)
  • Strategize with senior marketing leaders to improve current processes.
  • Work independently to troubleshoot as issues arise, escalating when necessary.
  • Be an all-hands-on-deck “athlete” across a variety of marketing and strategy-related initiatives.
  • Help manage CAIS brand to ensure guidelines are applied and used consistently across the firm.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest.

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years’ professional experience, preferably in a project management or marketing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized.
  • Exceptional intrapersonal skills with a natural ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of content marketing tools preferred, knowledge of Hubspot, ON24, Hootsuite preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of financial services and how to apply it to CAIS’ specific segment of the industry.
