Campaign Operations Manager

Description

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and develop marketing campaign planning, brief development, concept testing, production and post-launch optimisation and evaluation.
  • Manage global campaign operations intake, ensuring adherence to processes and progressive optimization of campaign operations structures.
  • Build, review and test campaign components to optimise workflow, tracking, data flows.
  • Optimise campaign execution process to improve campaign timelines and velocity.
  • Train marketing managers on campaign process to ensure consistency.
  • Provide subject matter expertise of marketing campaigns, workflows and automation.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and troubleshooting of campaign setups.
  • Develop process documentation and specifications around campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • You will have a good understanding of campaign management and demand funnel lifecycles.

  • You enjoy and are comfortable working with technology. Ideally you will have experience with CRM (Salesforce), MAP (Pardot), Attribution (Bizible), Orchestration (Engagio) and Ad Networks (Demandbase, LinkedIn) but more importantly you have a track record of picking up new systems.
  • You have a strong sense of ‘Team’ and are willing to support those around you.
