Human Resources Intern

Description

1. Respond to internal as well as external queries or requests related to HR, and also provide assistance.
2. Maintain records of employees’ data (e.g. personal information, payroll, turnover rates, leaves etc.) in papers and in a digital database.
3. Overseeing day-to-day operations of our HR department.
4. Coordination for the interview process.
5. Act as a first point of contact for employees.
6. Design and execute Internal team activities.
7. Coordinate with Sr. HR consultants for setting up processes and required documentation.
