Description

  • Be a visionary for your product portfolio, leading the direction of your products with energy and momentum.
  • Initiate new product development and product phase-out when needed.
  • Facilitate successful launches and product introductions to new and existing markets.
  • Monitor relevant competitor products and take actions to ensure the product portfolio is competitive.
  • Screen and analyze relevant markets, customers, and competitors, ensuring necessary commercial and sales support to maximize and optimize value creation and profitability.
  • Conduct commercial product and sales training and initiate the development of new sales tools, as needed.
  • Monitor and follow-up on sales, competitiveness, and profitability of own products across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within business-related or technical subjects.
  • 5-10 years general work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience with proven results.
  • Documented oral and written communication abilities, as well as presentation skills.
  • Business oriented, results driven, with a commercial mindset.
  • Unafraid to take ideas from conception to execution.
  • Team player who is able to influence, motivate, persuade and inspire others.
  • Strategic mindset with a drive to achieve.
  • Ability to apply an analytical mindset to solving challenges.
  • Excellent storyteller with good communication skills in both English and Norwegian – oral and written.
