Description

Reporting to the Head of sales CZ/SK/HU (based in Budapest), you will be part of a diverse sales team and will work closely with the wider Sales, Category and Marketing teams . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to be support the planning and delivery of growth plans in 2021 and beyond for Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will establish and maintain close customer relations with our customer accounts and ensure that sales targets are met in a cost effective manner. Also critical in this role will be to understand customer strategy, implement customer specific listing and promotion plans and support Annual Business Plan and Forecasting through pro-active measures with existing customers as assigned. The role demands a great deal of commercial acumen, project involvement and reviewing crucial data, so is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a variety of tasks whilst keeping close to the details and numbers. Responsibilities

  • Master/Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing or similar.
  • Sales/ Customer Account experience again in Consumer Goods/Retail industry.
  • Good understanding of our respective retail landscape in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and make bold decisions.
  • Strong analytical & IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and functions.
  • Fluent in both Czech and English.
