· Own the Dutch insurance roadmap, including sizing & assessing the addressable market in the Netherlands.

· Become a go-to expert for core products, overseeing the coverage, pricing & underwriting.

· Conduct industry research, competitive benchmarking, and small business owner interviews to prioritize and target customer’s biggest insurance needs.

· Be responsible for the growth and profitability of our insurance product line by optimizing pricing, determining insurance offerings, rolling out to customer segments.

· Partner closely with multiple teams at Insify including Customer Operations, UX, Tech, Data Science & Analytics, Distribution & Sales.

· Use the voice of the customer and product performance data to identify improvement opportunities in areas including experience simplification, pricing, and underwriting – then execute on them.

· Be the ambassador (and also educator) of Dutch small business insurance to the team as well as external partners.

· Always keep innovating! Make sure our insurance products & operations delight customers each and every day.

• Minimum 5-8 years of insurance experience in a fast pace environment with a track record of success (incl. brokers, MGAs, insurers or re-insurers).

• 3+ years of product management in fintech/insurtech experience; with spikes in problem solving and collaboration.

• Customer obsessed, passionate about making great products that serve and empower small business owners.

• Data hungry, with proven experience in using data driven methods in decision making and analysis.

• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized to make progress on all fronts.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills (Dutch & English).

• Ability to work independently and comfortable with ambiguity.
