Junior Project Manager

Description

Ensure the smooth running of product operational processes, which will involve holding contributors to account for tasks and information assigned to them.
Clearly communicate to all stakeholders the status, decisions and next steps of product ideas and initiatives that pass through these processes.
Organize, manage and run process meetings where decisions are made and initiatives pass through key gates.
Make sure that decisions are documented and communicated, and also expose blockers.
Regularly review the processes with stakeholders to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Always strive to make processes more efficient by using existing or new tools, and removing redundancy.
Set up and provide metrics to highlight where the processes are working well or need improvement.
Act as the key point of contact for changes taking place from our external data and integration partners.
Regularly liaise with these partners to understand their roadmap and make sure that TVSquared’s initiatives and internal communication is in place to smoothly manage this change.

Responsibilities

Experience of Agile and Waterfall project management, and expertise with Jira, Confluence and other tools.
An understanding of product management and product processes.
Experience of organizing, managing and improving processes to deliver business impact.
Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively across functions whilst also holding stakeholders and contributors to account for their deliverables.
Ideally, some experience of working with external vendors and partners.
