Description

  • Becoming the expert in all Humaans features, understanding our processes and workflows in order to resolve user issues.
  • Engaging with customers and supporting them troubleshooting issues and helping navigate specific product use cases by providing a white glove support experience, via email, live chat, or phone.
  • Developing relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to improve support and overall experience with Humaans.
  • Working with Customers Success, Engineering and Operations teams to address customer needs.
  • Helping us grow our library of content, Help Center, and optimising our support documentation to improve efficiency and provide customers with more convenience.

Responsibilities

  • Love for customers. You want to provide the best experience for our users and will serve as the go to person for their queries. Their success is your success. Ideally, you have a few years of proven experience doing this in a software company.
  • Excellent communication skills. You’re able to explain complex things in an easy way, via our live chat, email or phone.
  • Solution oriented. You analyse customer queries and investigative way to be able to solve their issues seamlessly or escalate as needed
  • Teamwork. You have exposure to or experience with managing relationships with both internal team and externally.
  • Product focus. You love working with software products and have a natural aptitude to learning new tools fast. Ideally, you have worked with ticketing systems or Intercom before.
