Description

  • Understand and develop project requirements from internal customers.
  • Be responsible for the business development of technologically innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate and engage with the team and the wider TEKEVER community.
  • Lead with project models and tools that satisfy requirements.
  • Initiate and develop PM documentation and processes.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide advice and work with the team to resolve matters relating to quality, costs, work schedules and technical issues as required.
  • Monthly reporting of project progress ‘actuals’ against forecast: schedule, milestones, product cost, project cost and estimate to completion.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Support the business development team with proposals.

Responsibilities

  • A degree in either Aeronautical Engineering/ Aerospace/ Software/ Electronics or similar areas.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business environment.
  • Detail-oriented and high sense of autonomy, initiative and organisation.
  • English as a first language in both spoken and written.
  • Have good leadership and team management skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and proactive in nature.
  • Have autonomy, initiative and customer orientation (external and internal).
