Description

Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.

Defining the vision for the team's product.

Creating a product road map based on this vision.

Managing the product backlog and prioritising them based on changing requirements.

Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.

Developing user stories.
-
Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
-
Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
-
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
Responsibilities
-
Experience liaising and managing multiple marketing agencies.
-
Ownership of project plan for delivering CRM and Paid media campaigns. Requires working with PMs from various agencies to ensure smooth running of the overall project.

Senior level stakeholder management, includes running weekly steering meetings with project updates.
-
Experience and knowledge of CRM marketing and paid media marketing.
-
Project management experience, coordinating diaries to schedule project meetings, tracking holidays for impact on project.
-
Running Steering meetings.
-
Experience with Agile ways of working including Jira.
-
Experience working with a Customer data platform.
-
Dealing with any live production issues and channeling them to the right agency to get them fixed promptly.
- Good awareness of data flows between systems and what and how data comes into CDP (customer data platform).
