  • Deliver unignorable presentations and pitches to gain multi stakeholder buy in and conversion.
  • Manage your sales target, your pipeline, forecasting -being accountable on these opportunities.
  • Be ambitious to grow within the agency.
  • Have strong administration skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to demonstrate previous success and results in securing new business.
  • Strong proven B2B sales track record of success.
  • Quickly develops rapport and new relationships.
  • Proven cold outreach success to conversion.
  • Senior Level-at least 2-4 years proven track record securing new business.
  • Proven hunter, go getter, disciplined, target driven.
  • Team player who is a key contributor to collaboration to support sales objectives.
  • Ability to seek new opportunities and demonstrate previous success.
  • Proven ability to convert in a highly competitive market.
  • Ability to dive into the competitor landscape and use intelligence to position the Silverbean advantage.
  • A proven track record of selling to clients spanning a variety of sectors.
  • A track record of selling directly to C-Suite, Director level buying roles.
  • A proven track record in consultative selling with sales cycles of 3-6 months.
  • The ability to build rapport and meaningful relationships with people.
  • An enthusiastic and methodical approach to building sales pipelines.
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment.
