Description

  • Assist the MD and senior team with day-to-day issues and scheduling of team and client meetings plus taking of minutes when required
  • Develop and manage the induction process for new starters.
  • Support in various agency initiatives and projects.
  • Liaise with senior staff and an external PR professional body to organise the internal /external training schedule.
  • Maintain centralised holiday planner.
  • Organise travel and accommodation for all teams wherever required.
  • Liaise closely with IT department on all office IT needs.
  • Maintain stock levels for office stationery and groceries.
  • Responsible for Health and Safety compliance including being a fire warden & first point of for first aid (training available).
  • Co-ordinate social committee in organising programme of social events and activities throughout year.
  • Support the senior team and MD in reviewing and managing business operating costs.
  • Manage subscription/membership budget.
