Description

  • Keep track of panel engagement and new panel recruitment.
  • Interacting with panelists to prompt quality and participation.
  • Identifying problem panelists.
  • Tracking and Ensuring survey completions.
  • Ongoing Panelist recruitment.
  • Survey quality control – ensuring all surveys are above board.

Responsibilities

You will be very comfortable working in the digital space and ideally have managed panels or communities before in a market research setting. Alternatively you may be 1-2 years down the line in a market research career and wish to move into the technology / digital space.
