Description
- 
Handle all aspects of client media plan from planning, briefing through to delivery.
- 
Responsible for full delivery of MPT assigned to your markets.
- 
Initiating projects including scope, budget and schedule, specs.
- 
Coordination between Account Management (AM)/ Transcreation Management (TAM).
- 
Ensure timelines are met and work produced is of highest standard.
- 
Respond to information requests from the studio/AM/TAM.
- 
Liaise with AM, TAM and studio, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up-to-date on the progress of their work.
- 
Be an internal source of expertise in the print campaign field and respond to any questions or queries.
- 
Strive for better client and stakeholder relations.
- 
Briefing first artworks, amends and deliveries to either London or GDC studios.
- 
Book and schedule work to the studio.
- 
Manage all alerts/orders through FIDO.
- 
Liaise with various creative agencies to source master artwork and resolve queries and issues.
- 
Working against the campaign SLAs and flagging to the SPM any issues or campaigns running outside of this process.
- 
Provide advice and solutions to print production issues.
- 
Escalate issues to Senior Project Manager.
- 
Demonstrate clear understanding of brand.
- 
Distribute contact reports and agendas.
- 
Attend internal meetings as a representative of the production team as and when required.
