Sources of candidates through our job portals, creative advertising and active headhunting.
- 
Screening of candidates through phone and video calls to determine if they fit the client's requirements.
- 
Matchmaking of candidate and job to connect him/her to the right position abroad or domestic.
- 
Meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
- 
Active participation in the German team to make our German Division the strongest in the company.
Responsibilities
- 
You are at the beginning of your career or you are looking for a new challenge.
- 
Ideally, you have at least 6-12 months of experience in recruitment or sales.
- 
You speak German at native speaker level and English at at least B2/C1 level.
- 
You're not afraid to pick up the phone and support candidates to start a new job.
- 
You like working with concrete goals and weekly and monthly KPIs.
- 
You are conscientious and motivated even when working from home.
- 
Ideally, you have completed a higher education (bachelor's or master's degree), but this can be compensated for with appropriate work experience.
- 
You are highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- 
Ideally, you have already gained international experience during your studies or in your job.
