Description

  • Sources of candidates through our job portals, creative advertising and active headhunting.
  • Screening of candidates through phone and video calls to determine if they fit the client's requirements.
  • Matchmaking of candidate and job to connect him/her to the right position abroad or domestic.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Active participation in the German team to make our German Division the strongest in the company.

Responsibilities

  • You are at the beginning of your career or you are looking for a new challenge.
  • Ideally, you have at least 6-12 months of experience in recruitment or sales.
  • You speak German at native speaker level and English at at least B2/C1 level.
  • You're not afraid to pick up the phone and support candidates to start a new job.
  • You like working with concrete goals and weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • You are conscientious and motivated even when working from home.
  • Ideally, you have completed a higher education (bachelor's or master's degree), but this can be compensated for with appropriate work experience.
  • You are highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Ideally, you have already gained international experience during your studies or in your job.
